Each family receives a comprehensive Club handbook on joining.   Fees for existing members must be paid before the first club night.

Our Rules of Incorporation require that adults must be registered members of the Club to vote at meetings on issues affecting the operation of the Club. It is essential that we have a strong forum for meetings and as such family membership includes free financial membership for up to 2 parents. QSA and CQSA require Management Committee members and Technical Officials of the Club to be registered. Parents are strongly encouraged to register as a parent of Biloela Swimming Club.

Club Night Fees:           A nomination fee of $3 per swimmer will be collected each club night to cover the cost of pool hire      ($110/hr), including the Mahi Mahi swimmers.

Birth Certificates:         All swimmers will be requested to produce a copy of their Birth Certificate this year if they have not    already done so.

Guests:                       Try Club Night as our guest for up to 3 nights – then if you like it, join on the 4th night.
